Pros: I like that the system is very simple easy to navigate and very straightforward.

Cons: I haven't come across any cons since the system is very reliable.

Overall: Overall I would recommend e-Immigration to anyone who's running a Law Firm. I have been working with Kevin and he has been more than helpful in answering all my questions or any concerns that we come across.

Pros: eIMMIGRATION is a very useful system for immigration practices with lots of features and customization to fit our needs. The support staff is incredibly helpful and always quick to reply with solutions or brainstorm processes. When there are issues with the software they are great about addressing them.

Cons: Depending on the type of cases, eIMMIGRATION can be inconsistent in how much software is built out in the form mapping and reports. Though they are quick to provide workarounds, it would be helpful in the long term if there was more support for CA state forms and an easier custom form mapping interface.

Overall: eIMMIGRATION is an efficient way to fill out immigration forms and organize client information. As a small immigration legal services non-profit, it has been very helpful to have eImmigration as a central portal for filling in application forms and storing client data. The report feature has also helped us with generating reports for funders. We are also appreciative of the nonprofit discount. We would certainly recommend eIMMIGRATION!

Pros: Very efficient. Service has been very reliable. I loved it. Whenever I had any issue, the customer service was ready to help. Very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Cons: Few brackets are non-responsive out has glitches. State or zip code wouldn’t pop up although they are filled up in clients’ profile, especially on G-28. There are few other spots where such issues are there. If Cerenade uses all the forms to test time by time, that could be very helpful to detect and improve the system.

Overall: Overall, very happy. Great product and very professional customer support. Love is also very reasonable. Definitely a great return on investment. I’ve recommended it to two new solo practitioners and would love to do so in future.

Pros: The best immigration program I have ever used. It is easy and accessible. It contains all the information you need to work and prepare the forms. I have not known a more effective program with a minimum margin of error. After having tried several programs for years, I do not change Cerenade for any, especially when you get a program that speeds up the results.

Cons: None. I haven't gotten anything from this program that is useless, that has failed, or that I simply don't care about..

Overall: It makes work easier and the results are excellent. The support team is unmatched, they are always willing to help by providing excellent service. The training they provide is fantastic and if you have questions they are always there to help you.

Pros: The customizable questionnaires, reports, pricing, and technical support are a few of the many pros to having eImmigration.

Cons: eIMMIGRATION is reliable product at reasonable price-point. Its hard to find a con.

Overall: Our team operates within a walk-in immigrant and refugee center in Cleveland, Ohio. We were overwhelmed with the number of tasks we had to do to prepare applications - manually entering client data that was written on paper questionnaires, keeping case notes in docs, tracking reminders with a calendar, crunching numbers for grants with spreadsheets. Our team was drowning in our to-do list.

Pros: eIMMIGRATION is a great CMS for the organization that not only allows you to administrate properly the cases for the clients but also allows to customize the fields needed for us to gather and create quarterly reports.
