    Pros: Our wellness center offers nutrition counseling, physiotherapy, massage therapy and mindfulness sessions. Managing bookings, client records and payments for all of these separately was chaotic. eHospital brought everything into one system. Each client now has a single profile that shows every service they have used, every appointment they have attended and every invoice generated for them. The billing module automatically calculates the right amount for each service type and sends the invoice directly to the client. Their customer service team took time to understand our wellness model before configuring the system which made a huge difference in how well it fit our needs.

    Cons: The system uses more clinical language in some areas which needed to be adapted for a wellness center setting.
