    "Latest update has problems"

    Pros: This software is easy to use and performs downloading tasks without much user intervention. There are many video and audio conversion options for those who need them.

    Cons: The latest update, 10.26 has problems that result in video with no sound, or sometimes stops with the simple message: "Error" -- not very helpful.

    Overall: The earlier version was a good, useful app. The current one not so much. Aside from color scheme, not much appears changed in the user interface. Under the hood, however, the task of downloading is a lot less reliable.
