    "Exorbitant Renewal Without Usage – Very Disappointed"

    Pros: The software was easy to get started with, and provided interesting data.

    Cons: Confusing to use. the software promised a lot, but was not that easy to get everything out of the software.

    Overall: I originally paid for Zoof's annual subscription with no issue. However, without using the software at all for the following year, I was automatically charged again- a year later, when I had not logged in for 9 months.

    When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they flatly refused. It's incredibly disappointing when companies prioritize short-term revenue over customer loyalty and fairness. Renewing a customer for expensive software they clearly didn’t use, and refusing to make it right, is not the way to build a strong reputation.

    Be cautious before subscribing — and be aware that they will charge you again without warning, even if you haven’t used the service.
