Pros: When I got stuck, the chat team was right there to bring me back to reality and even credited the second submission of my validating list.

Cons: A couple of features weren't so easy to figure out. But I guess I should have read the instructions through a second time.

Overall: Excellent tool, excellent service.

Pros: The chat support is excellent. I had questions and was able to get them answered fast. Plus the live chat rep offered me a discount on my initial purchase. Worked great!

Just started using this tool for my consultancy; apart from this I have been using this in my past organization for more that a year.

Cons: Catch-all status is kind of road blocking.
Grey listed status- it defines verified and invalid on Excel sheet but not with single email address validator.

Overall: Good support team, and easy to use.
Design and feature are basic but no complaints as it is also very easy and user friendly.

Pros: Since I use ZeroBounce, I get a better inbox rate because I am sending only to valid email addresses and ZeroBounce are excellent to get the best verification.

Cons: Sometimes it is lagging but not big deal they resolve issues very quickly.

Overall: A very good and serious website to get your email list clean from soft, hard bounces and invalid email addresses to avoid your reputation going down.

Pros: The necessity for email validation has never become so apparent in keeping IP and Domain reputations in good standing. Reducing or down right eliminating the amount of bounced email goes a long way in ensuring that the sender isn't looked negatively upon by email ISPs. The fact that Zero Bounce offers an API, makes it much more streamlined for the likes of automated email campaign generation, and email list sanitation programs we use on a daily basis.

Cons: So far, not many negatives to speak on. Would prefer to use the API instead of the bulk email upload tool on the website.

Overall: ZeroBounce is a life saver, and a powerful tool to have in our arsenal. We have only been utilizing a small portion of it's full capabilities and are keen on incorporating the use of the ZeroBounce API into our processes, really looking forward to it!

Pros: I like that I can manually enter one email at a time, since I don't have large lists developed just yet. As a new business, I appreciate finding a tool that will grow with me - and does not dictate my limits.

Cons: The chat box was popping up too often at first - offering help - but it has stopped now. I appreciate knowing it's there - but not having to close it all the time.

Overall: We are a government agency organizing Exhibitions, processing thousands of email addresses after the event is exhausting. ZeroBounce makes my job easier.

Pros: This company has the best customer service. For someone who is not very familiar with email lists and excel, this company was understanding and provided 5 star support.

Cons: The excel spreadsheet documentation needs to be more visible in the dashboard.

Overall: It's easy and automated. I have not yet uploaded my list to an email client to see how it performs. So far, so good!

Pros: All of the C.S. folks we've encountered are terrific. They are "on top of their game," they know the product and its complexities, they are always cheerful and patient.....and they are 100% available when you need them (not like some providers.....who say they'll get back to you in a day or so, and that turns into a week!). Love the service.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like. It's the world's best validation service. I believe. And its C.S. people are well-trained and super nice.

Overall: If you have a huge email list and you want to help make sure you are not blocked then this is the software you want to use.

Pros: This was a very easy and affordable way to test out my email lists. Due to the pandemic many of my customers email address' were no longer valid and I needed a way to sort them out without raising my email bounces. Integrates with Hubspot and was simple to use.

Cons: After email check it didn't automatically update contacts I have as to email validity.

Overall: So far so good. I will continue to work on integrations and make sure I use all the features. Would strongly recommend!

Pros: Excellent and easy to use software for cleaning lists and increasing open rates and solving spam problems. I made the mistake of trying to use an old list from my brick and mortar stores for a new online shop and quickly found all my emails ending up in span. ZeroBounce has literally saved my business by providing tools and a path to get back on track with this list.

Cons: Honestly nothing not to like in my experience so far. They have been unfailingly helpful, efficient and dedicated to helping businesses navigate the increasingly complex email world.

Overall: Great products and service. Initially I was shocked to lose 6000 names (bad emails) from my list, but now I understand that size is not the answer. I'm working towards a smaller but much more engaged list. It was a hard lesson to learn, but they were effective and kind teachers.

Pros: I have been searching for several weeks to find someone to trust. Everything about Zero Bounce and their representative, Narcis, was Great.
