About Zensimu
Zensimu is an interactive training platform for Lean and supply chain excellence, helping organizations and educational institutions create immersive simulation games in minutes. Its supply chain simulations include the Beer Game, Disruptions and Resilience, Network Design, and Sales and Operations Planning, while its Lean simulations cover introductory concepts and progressive Lean transformation. Players take on operational and cross-functional roles, respond to changing demand, manage inventory and production, collaborate through quality and delivery disruptions, design supply networks, align plans, and apply Lean tools to reduce waste and improve performance. Instructors can easily launch, customize, and host games at scale for training sessions, team-building exercises, conferences, consulting workshops, and academic courses. Scenarios can be adapted to reflect real operations through configurable demand patterns, game duration, products, roles, clients, suppliers, networks, etc.
