Pros: Wyscout has such a deep database, and the clips from Estonian leagues and the like are really useful. It's got a lot of numbers to crunch, and does cover every league you can think of.
Cons: The numbers can't be trusted. I've had multiple issues with the English third tier, assists given to the wrong player, and goals missed entirely. When I complain, they always seem to evade the issue, and in some instances, don't fix it.
The UX is buggy. You can be looking at a player's seasons, and suddenly the facility disappears, and you can't filter by season anymore. When you complain, it is put on you - update your browser, clear your cache, that sort of thing
They now delete clips more than two years old, not ideal for scouting at all.
The UX hasn't changed in the six years I have been using the platform. The price goes up, but nothing changes. The ability to filter players by team, not just division, would be good, certainly for scouting and analysis, but despite recommending numerous upgrades, they never really bother to reply or change anything
When it comes to renewing they're evasive. I had a month without service because they tried to put the price up to over £1000, with the sales rep not telling me the level I had previously had was still available. They took away the pay monthly function as well.
Also, you can't open a second browser window. That's a real pain, because it would be useful to tab multiple players for analysis. The whole system is just unfriendly and out of date.
There are loads more points I could make, but honestly, what's the point? They don't care. My advice? Don't part with your money.Overall: Overall, Wyscout has everything it needs to be brilliant, but the execution and implementation is so woeful. It's like having Messi and Ronaldo together, but putting one in goal and the other on the burger stand and playing with eight men.

Pros: There was nothing I liked about it. I found the interface slow, confusing and dull. This is definitely not worth the money.
Cons: Extremely poor customer service. I didn't enjoy using the product at all.
Overall: Super lame software. If I could give less than 1 star, I would! This was a total waste of time and money!
