About Workshop Hub
Workshop Hub is cloud-based management software for independent and multi-bay automotive repair shops. Its browser workspace brings together a booking diary and online booking widget, customer and vehicle records, digital job cards, photo-based quotes, invoicing, payment requests and workshop job tracking. Mechanics can clock time, use checklists, record parts and notes, while office staff manage reminders, customer status links, reports and stock-related workflows. Built-in AI answers questions from shop records and can draft quotes or flag potential missing invoice charges for staff review. Shop and Pro+ plans add accounting sync with Xero and QuickBooks Online; Pro+ adds video updates, a social calendar and supplier invoice tools. An optional AI Receptionist handles calls and booking requests. The web-based service includes Australian registration lookups and ABN/GST-ready invoices.
