We've been able to track time and log work that's been completed so much more easily, and changing schedules in real time has never been so seamless. Another feature I have thoroughly enjoyed is the ability to create comments that mention another user, which is then sent to their email, and they can reply to it through the email directly. I believe we even want to try and find a way to work this into communications with our contractors and applicants. Oh, and the 2-way integration with Microsoft Project has made transitioning much easier for some of our staff, since that's what we previously used.

Cons: Since it was a somewhat new software, we have taken quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to do some of the things we needed to do. The support has been very helpful, but for some of us it's just not so easy to pick up for the first-time use.

Overall: Overall I am enjoying the experience. Something that I count as really important is the ability to customize things so that it can be personalized. This makes that really easy. I also like to slowly incorporate newer software and systems, so the integration with Microsoft Projects made this perfect. Everything else is really just a bonus feature to me.
