Solumina
iBase-t is a trusted provider of software solutions for complex, highly-regulated manufacturers. Solumina, iBase-t's manufacturing execution system (MES), significantly improves manufacturing productivity, quality, and compliance by helping supervisors, operators, and plant managers to gain visibility and improve performance. By leveraging Solumina, users are provided with accurate work instructions, paperless processes, real-time data, and manufacturing intelligence. Powerful integrations include Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Manufacturing Execution Systems and Operations Management (MES/MOM), Supplier Quality Management (SQM), and Enterprise Quality Management Systems (EQMS).

Proplanner
Most clients have Assembly Planner import the eBOM from their PDM/PLM system along with a corresponding Engineering Change Order which contains important details about this change. Assembly Planner then allows the manufacturing engineer to reconcile the eBOM against any existing mBOM (if one exists) to determine what subsequent changes need to be performed against the Process and subsequent shop floor instructions, tooling, and logistics. Often these changes happen under the context of one or multiple corresponding Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO) which define Effective Date, Series, or Serial numbers for which the change is to apply. Once the mBOM and BOP data are complete and reconciled within Assembly Planner this information is Published to ERP, Logistics, and Shop Floor MES/Andon. In the diagram above, Proplanner solutions are shown in Blue with ERP and PDM integrations shown in yellow.

AssemblyX Pro
AssemblyX Pro forms the foundation to achieving paperless manufacturing with minimum disruption. AssemblyX Pro is easy to learn and use. Production engineering and quality teams can quickly and easily author shop floor processes and procedures, without the issues of formatting, cut & paste and file bloating. Production engineers can pull together all the relevant objects, such as high resolution images & video, bills of materials, visual actions, health & safety for PPE, COSHH and risk assessment, tooling, and supporting reference documents, including 2D & 3D CAD. Shop floor processes & procedures (Electronic Work Instructions) require engineering teams to bring together disparate information sources. Once defined the procedures have to be version controlled and updated as change occurs which requires considerable effort using Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

WebSequence
WebSequence is not just paper on glass, but a dynamic electronic work instruction interface between engineering and the paperless manufacturing floor. Sequence makes available only one version of the work instructions, the right one. By deploying up-to-date, visually-rich work instructions, a Sequence deployment gives production personnel the best opportunity to build it right the first time. When integrated with your ERP system for work order specific deployment, WebSequence also becomes a powerful data capture, tracking, and tracing portal. WebSequence can capture 21 CFR Part 11 electronic signatures from operators, line-leads, or supervisory personnel. Additionally, operators can either manually enter shop-floor data (numeric with limits, text, and pass/fail) or use USB-connected tooling for fast, reliable data entry without the opportunity for transcription errors.
