    "Nice product zero support. "

    Pros: The product works as advertised and can import and export
    if you are only needing to install this once I guess you would be fine, if you need any support, oh oh too bad you are screwed.

    Cons: My old computer died I tried to install this on my new computer and the installation failed I contacted support and over a week later not a hint of any actual support they have completely ignored my last 4 e-mails.

    Overall: Decent product zero help or support their advertising 24/7 support is complete false advertising it took them 3 days to replay to my first e-mail with really no assistance whatsoever now they have completely ignored my last 4 emails - save your money go to a product that has support.
