    - Grid view, response time,

    Cons: - Price is slightly high compared to a Salesforce license
    - Some minor bugs to address on templates

    Overall: - Very good overall experience.
    - Very nice tool for both contributors and managers
    - Somewhat expensive taking into account that the cost is to be added to the salesforce one
