"It boosted audience engagement at our event and got people to use the hashtag" Edited 2021-09-12
Pros: An easy to set up product, many social wall themes to choose from, including a cool realtime Twitter map theme displaying posts for our hashtag. That worked great and created a great deal of engagement among our global audience.
The content showed up on the social wall in real time and that was very important for our event. It helped us decide for this tool.Cons: I have no complains when it comes to Walls.io. They are using official APIs and are GDPR compliant. Any limitations I found were connected to the official Facebook API, so there's not much to do about that.
Overall: The best tool to collect and moderate social media content in almost real time. Apart from the unique software, we also received great customer support. Great documentation and a very helpful blog. Totally recommended.
