    "Effective improvement of team’s physical activity and boost team morale"

    Pros: App was easy to use. HR of our small Co. has set up the steps challenge for all employees. Everyone was assigned to a group, the engagement and response were positive. Surprisingly fast improvement of the team’s physical activity. App is not tracking your location, allows anonymous participation.

    Cons: There is a need to open the app to synchronise with phone/wearable device health application.

    Overall: Besides the health benefits there are practical benefits - users convert their steps into valuable gifts, like special offers and discounts.
