Vesalius3D is a software application for high-quality 3D visualization and navigation through personalized, patient-specific anatomical structures. It allows users to instantly visualize patient-specific anatomy, revealing details and structures that might be missed using only standard 2D slices. Users can navigate inside the patient to get to their point of view quickly. The software is easy to use yet filled with functionality, utilizing existing standard medical images such as CT, MR, and Ultrasound without the need for special scans. It contains presets for the most commonly used tissues. Vesalius3D offers predefined visualizations, allowing users to bypass manual settings and immediately view results using starting visualizations tailored for most used tissues. The software provides various tools for measurement, including 2D quantification tools like distances, angles, and contour areas, as well as 3D quantification tools such as distances, contours, angles, etc.
