    "Horrible bait and switch tactics to get you locked in to a contract."

    Pros: AI watches customers 24 /7 and watches for theft and behavior that is not normal. you can adjust some functions to your needs.

    Cons: Veesion did a bait and switch to get my business.
    I told them I would only do the service if I could commit for 6 months. I went 10 months and told them I wanted to cancel. nobody responded after several attempts at communication to get the service canceled to me for 3 months, while charging me the whole time. I tried contacting Camille & Monica @ customer support during those 3 months.
    Pedro Ferraz finally responded and told me that they would be charging me for a total of 12 months which would have been until April. so the salesman that conned me into getting the service lied. then they continued to charge me in May and again on June 22nd 2026. I have contacted my lawyer and will begin a lawsuit to get my money back.
    Do not trust them. the service is not worth the hassle.

    Overall: not consistent at catching thieves and missed many thefts. If you want to cancel service they do not respond and they force you to go through the hassle of getting legal council. this will most likely become a class action suit.
