"Secure and reliable product for online data backup" Posted 2022-10-29
Pros: • No leading curve, easy to onboard.
• Auto backs up data when scheduled.
• It gives me an instant recovery option, to save time.
• User Interface is intuitive and modern.
• Also it supports Azure and AWS cloud platforms.Cons: It should offer multiple alert options when the backup fails.
Overall: Veeam Backup and Replication does its backup job pretty well. With the help of this platform, we are protecting our important data from any attack and from getting corrupted. The onboarding process was simple with a zero learning curve.

"Good Backup Software" Posted 2022-07-19
Pros: Works with all kinds of OS's. Virtual and Physical machines can be handled with the same system so you can manage all backups in one place. Price has increased over the years, but still competitive with the other products on the market.
Cons: When things aren't working correctly (rare) the support has become a little more self-service than in the past. They still help, but not as quickly.
Overall: This is a good backup solution that I've used for 10 plus years. Still planning to use it for the foreseeable future.

It was very easy to setup and configure, which was all completed in a few hours. Support was excellent helping us with any little issues.
We don't really need to monitor backups now. We only get notified if there are issues - and even then we can quickly fix them.
If you want a reliable backup solution that is easy to setup, easy to use and does everything smoothly, Veeam is for you. -

"Veeam Backup is considered the best suite of online tools" Posted 2021-03-18
Pros: Within Veeam Backup the scope of documentation is virtually unlimited, with tools included within Microsoft office, but adding the possibility of being able to enter all of them in parallel in real time, and allowing us to configure our work to exercise in a shared manner as long as you have an internet connection. In addition to the office tools, there are also services for instant messaging, clouds in which to store information, software to create videoconferencing sessions, group calendars, and much more. Recommended for both large and small companies. Veeam Backup is the ideal tool for office work, and allows payment for annual licenses, which also includes 1 Terabyte of space in the cloud, and a maximum of one full hour for each Skype user in the company account.
Cons: The price of Microsoft Veeam Backup is very high. The student version, for online classes, costs approximately 150 euros, which is much higher than the family version, at only 99 euros per year. In the case of the enterprise versions, the cost is up to 9 euros per user in the smallest plan. It should be noted that the essentials business plan is cheaper and has more features.
Overall: Veeam Backup provides the workgroup with immediate access to the information that is uploaded to the OneDrive cloud to manage it directly from Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (among other software) and return them to the cloud for revisions, which leads to a quite varied management.

"Veeam is my preferred workaround to increase productivity" Posted 2020-12-24
Pros: In fact, I have been using Veeam for a few years now, in one type of work or another. It is getting better and better. In addition, the new rollback feature is excellent, as it is capable of checking in a test environment beyond manufacturing.
Cons: There is not much. Mostly nit tiny picks like job deletion and also the edit button are next to each other in the best click menu, although there is a timely check so that you don't inadvertently delete a job, but they are still a bit close for comfort. I would also like a way to delete backup chains from within the console instead of raw information.
Overall: Veeam is simple to configure but in the initiative of just doing it once, discover more of the features and also everything entering so you will be even more ahead. In addition to reconfiguring occasionally, it really makes my backups very automated, especially with Surebackup, ensuring that my backups are likely to work as needed. I am able to establish multiple retention durations for multiple servers, so that more vital jobs can be performed more frequently to decrease the amount of information deleted.
