Surveying, mapping, engineering, utility, and geospatial teams working with aerial or UAV LiDAR point clouds
About Vecten Desktop
Vecten Desktop is LiDAR point-cloud classification software for airborne and UAV survey data. It organizes work into local projects and blocks, accepts LAS, LAZ, and COPC inputs, and produces classified point clouds with review layers and attributes for production checks and downstream handoff. VGround classifies ground, bridge decks, and noise; VClassify adds vegetation and buildings; and VUtilities adds wires, poles, and towers for utility corridors. Surveying, mapping, engineering, and utility teams can select a module according to the output classes needed for terrain extraction, semantic classification, infrastructure review, or corridor asset work. Classification runs on a workstation without requiring cloud upload for inference. Vecten Cloud is also planned as a browser-based companion, with its waitlist open.
