    "One of the worst and low performing ERP in the market"

    Pros: Nothing apart from their User Interface. Looks and feel is good but the functionality is poor. Even the login “Email” field is case sensitive!!! I have never seen email fields to be case sensitive!! WORST!!!

    Cons: Worst customer service. No one knows about their product. They promise everything at first and then once I paid they just ask you to start using the software using the free trail credentials. No changes nothing at all though they promise a lot. Be aware of their sales rep!!! At first they will reply to all your single enquiries and they will text you every single day to make the payment. Once the payment is done then they become vanished. I have seen the similar review and have asked them about their customer service and they told me Reliance has taken over the business and they have invested heavily in customer service. Be aware of this! It’s a whole freaking lie! I have even spoken to the founder Dharmendra, who has no idea about customer service and product. He keeps messages in seen without any reply and then ask you to contact this and that guy but no one replies.

    Overall: Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. At first they have promised me that everything can be done. Once I made the payment no one is responsible for anything I have waited months to implement the changed they have promised me. After waiting for months ended up getting a refund!
