Pros: Super quick setup, had my first purchase order out within an hour. Inventory tracking is finally in one place instead of scattered spreadsheets. Clean interface, easy to navigate even when you're not techy.
Cons: Would love some tooltips for first-time users, but nothing major.
Overall: Running a one-person shop means I need tools that just work. VNDLY delivers exactly that. Purchase orders, inventory tracking, clean UI - it's all there.. Already saved me hours each week.

Pros: We were juggling spreadsheets, a basic invoicing tool, and a shared Google Sheet for stock tracking. VNDLY brought all of that into one place. The purchase order to sales order flow is really smooth, we create a PO, receive stock, and it's immediately available to sell. Multi-location inventory tracking works well and the dashboard gives a clear picture of what's moving and what's sitting. The AI assistant is genuinely helpful for quick lookups and catching things we'd normally miss. Clean UI, easy to learn, no training needed for our team.
Cons: The mobile app is good for barcode scanning, but I would love to being able to use it as a sales tool also.
Overall: We're a small wholesale distributor with about 500 SKUs across two warehouses. Before VNDLY we had no real system, just spreadsheets and a lot of manual work. Since switching, our order processing is faster, stock accuracy has improved significantly, and invoicing takes a fraction of the time. The pricing is fair for what you get, and the trial let us properly test everything before committing. Support has been responsive and quick. It's clearly built by someone who understands how small B2B businesses actually work.
