Pros: Our team can see everything in one place, move cars between locations fast, and keep the fleet balanced without overbooking.

Cons: I really like everything about the software and I’m looking forward to exploring all the newly implemented features.

Overall: We rolled this car rental software out across three branches and one off-airport facility, and it immediately brought a lot more order to our day-to-day operations. I’m especially happy with the support team, and Krasi has been fantastic - responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. It has made a real difference for us.

Pros: The support team is also very helpful and will do anything to set it up based on your business needs. Despite other providers they can fully customize the software and make any kind of changes available only for you.

Overall: They easiest car rental software I've ever used in last years... and I tried a lot. With the latest AI features added to it, it's the best I've experienced.

Pros: After switching to this car rental software we was able to keep reservations in one place, track fleet status in real time and automate many repeated steps in the rental process. The biggest WIN was during one very busy summer weekend when two flights was delayed and many last-minute customers arrived at once.

Overall: We was struggling to keep up when our business grow from one single airport counter to THREE locations in less then a year. Bookings was coming from website, phone, walk-ins and partner channels, and our old spreadsheet process was causing double bookings, slow check-ins and always confusion with vehicle availability.

Pros: The software allows us to automate our booking process, which has significantly reduced manual errors and saved us precious time. I've also found the customer support to be incredibly helpful; they guided us through the setup and were available for any questions we had during our transition.

Cons: While the software is fantastic, I wish it had a few more customizable features to tailor it even more to our specific needs.

Overall: I started working with VEVS long before my business launch date. I expected, as I already have some experience with such companies, that a lot of difficulties, ambiguities and adjustments would be necessary until I got what I needed.
To my great surprise, the platform that VEVS provided me did not need any developer intervention. Everything is very intuitive and well structured. Each customer can adjust the settings needed for their small or larger business. The software covers all aspects of the business - the cars rental, payment methods, the documentation necessary for the activity, the condition of the vehicles, and even the service maintenance.
After playing around with the trial version for a few days, I moved on to purchase. I did not need more than 30 minutes of consultation with a specialist from the company to clarify the few topics that were unclear to me. Thank you!
