Pros: The whole trading environment worked for me. Trading on the most advanced and customizable platform MT5, while having a solid back option in terms of their proprietary app. Free TC tools (note you need to meet a certain deposit criteria). Fast payment via apple and google play. Enough assets to make trading portfolio diversified…So many pros really.

Cons: Customer support. I just didn’t like the system of bot+ human agent. I need to get in touch with the second one anyway to get my questions answered…

Overall: I have been trading there since early 2025 and am satisfied with my experience. If not support, it would be probably the most suitable broker to me. I trade for long-term mainly, opening limit orders. This way, it worked for me pretty well.

Pros: My satisfaction with the broker comes from:
1)EAs that I used on the mt5 platform, and overal tools that I used to apply over my charts. It's not that they were special, but the fact that working was smooth, and I mean it.
2)They helped me with tools - their support team. What's more, when chatting with them, I got tips on different combinations of indicators that are used typically across the mt5 community. That was unexpected to get.
3)And finally, I liked the mobile app - again, it's not something special, a standard mobile app, I'd say BUT it was very easy to work with charts using the app, and that's critical.

Cons: If I were a proponent of mt4, I'd say they should get mt4, but I think mt5 is more than enough, personally, however, adding separately mt4 would be of great benefit for sure.

Overall: Trading with vcg markets has always been smooth to me, and that's precisely so - smooth execution, smooth charting working, smooth mobile app. It was the thing that made me stay there and still I'm trading because I'm satisfied with the broker's platform being soo smooth. I focus on some fx pairs, and mt5 works for that well. Other trading conditions are standard, nothing extraordinary, but steady enough. Leveraging worked, but it's not something that I used very much. Spreads are usual, sometimes being different when volatility takes place. I wasn't worried about extra charges, and they did nothing like that - all pretty clearly stated on the website. If questions - the support answered mine in time.

Pros: Low spreads in most trading sessions I launched
the market buzz feature was handy for monitoring important changes

Cons: spreads went wild during the volatility market - was uncertain

Overall: Been trading for 4 months with the broker, and my most recent withdrawal was 2 weeks ago, Was quick as always, no problems with getting cash...

Pros: good design overall and nice experience in the members area, UI is taken care of. support is excellent as well, very helpful and precise.

Cons: I guess it wouldnt be bad if they added some more features. analytics and such

Overall: Hopefully this year I will be able to move to premium with lower spreads and better trading conditions. I think i can do that if I follow my strategy and dont flip out when things are not going my way. Best to hold off trading when you are feeling blue. the best is come back the next day with fresh mind

Pros: Support is good, it's very important for me. When you address them they can help you with anything related to the broker, and I was able to get information on social trading as well. Thinking of giving it a try, maybe some time later.

Cons: Anything can be improved, like lower spreads and better service overall. I am not saying those are bad - those are satisfactory. I just wanna say vcg can take it to another level if they wanted too.

Overall: Despite my advices on con section, I still think the broker is quite good for trading. Standard account has everything you need, and if you are ready, you can then improve to premium, which can be a little cheaper btw. You will get much more favourable trading conditions then. But as of now you can have peace of mind because the regulation is here and people seem to rate it high.
