Uplaces is a cloud-based B2B order management and e-commerce platform for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and sales representatives. It combines field sales order entry with an online store where business buyers can view their catalog, customer-specific prices, payment terms, minimum quantities, and purchase history, then place or repeat orders. Sales teams create and track orders in the mobile app, with product and stock information synchronized from connected ERP systems. Native integrations with Tiny, Bling, and Omie sync products, customers, price lists, inventory, and orders. API and webhooks are available on selected plans; Enterprise offers custom ERP integrations. AI-assisted order capture interprets text, PDFs, photos, or audio against the seller's catalog and prepares draft orders for review. The platform can apply Brazilian rules such as ICMS-ST and IPI to orders.
