Unlimited Faxing is a browser-based fax and document workflow service for offices. Users can send and receive faxes online, manage documents in a searchable workspace, and use reusable templates to complete forms. The service supports electronic signatures, automated document workflows, team fax numbers and inboxes, and a REST API for custom software connections. It serves law, real estate and title, insurance, and accounting and tax offices. A free account includes five pages per month through a shared number; paid plans add personal fax numbers, higher page limits or unlimited fax pages subject to fair-use limits, and different signature and team allowances. Plans include fillable templates, e-signatures, and automations. Fax history defaults to 365-day retention, with options for shorter retention, disabling automatic deletion, or preserving records through legal holds. The service runs in a web browser without requiring installation.
