About Uniformly
Uniformly is cloud-based uniform management software for operators that issue uniforms to staff, including hotels, resorts, casinos and clubs, and for the commercial laundries that serve them. Teams track stock by style, size and site, issue and return garments by phone-camera or barcode scans or UHF RFID, and record condition at each handoff. Each garment keeps a lifetime record of its holder, wash count and laundry trips. Laundry batches are reconciled using four counts shared with the laundry to help settle missing items. Offboarding reports show what each departing employee still holds. Headcount-based par levels, replenishment by size, budgets and CSV reports support purchasing. Customer data is isolated at the database level, with role-based access and an exportable audit history.
