WHAT WE OFFER
AGENTIC AI SOC
UnderDefense Agentic AI SOC works on top of your existing security stack, turning every security team into a machine-speed defense unit without tool replacement or headcount expansion. It takes over the investigative routine that pulls your team away from strategic decisions: enrichment, correlation, triage.
▸ Investigation at Machine Speed: Agentic AI SOC accesses tools, enriches data, and performs deep cross-environment investigations at machine speed. It correlates, triages, and forms conclusions, offloading all

"The SOC that let us keep building instead of watching alerts " Posted 2026-08-04
Pros: The real value for us was coverage across our environment, without adding headcount just to watch dashboards. Alerts land already triaged and enriched, so we're not sifting through raw noise to figure out what's actually urgent. Investigations come with clear timelines and evidence, which made it easy to explain what happened without translating raw logs ourselves. Escalations move fast and the analysts clearly understand our environment, not just a generic playbook. Onboarding went smoother than we expected, and it was pulling its weight within the first few weeks.
Cons: Tuning took a few weeks to get detections fully aligned with our setup but it was expected, definitely worth planning for.
Overall: Bringing in UnderDefense Agentic AI SOC was one of the better calls we made this year. Our team stopped babysitting alerts and started spending that time on work that actually moves things forward. The investigation quality has been consistently solid, and it made financial sense too - building that same coverage in-house would have cost far more in tooling and headcount. It feels like a partnership rather than a vendor relationship, and that comes through in how fast they respond and how well they adapt to how we work.

"AI SOC that genuinely took the load off our team" Posted 2026-08-02
Pros: The biggest win for us was coverage. We got real 24/7 monitoring without hiring more analysts, and the alerts that reach us are already triaged and enriched, so the team is not drowning in noise anymore. Investigations are thorough and easy to follow, with clear timelines and evidence instead of raw logs. When we escalate something, the response is fast and the analysts actually understand our environment. Onboarding was smoother than expected and the platform was useful within the first weeks.
Cons: It took a few weeks of tuning on both sides to get detections fully aligned with our environment, which is normal but worth planning for. We would also like a bit more flexibility in building custom dashboards and reports without asking the team for help
Overall: Bringing in UnderDefense AI SOC was one of the better decisions we made this year. Our internal team went from chasing alerts to working on things that actually move security forward, and the quality of investigations we receive is consistently high. It also made real financial sense. Building the same level of coverage in house would have cost us significantly more in headcount and tooling, so the budget impact was clearly positive. The relationship feels like a partnership rather than a vendor contract, and that shows in how quickly they respond and adapt.
