Cons: Tuning took a few weeks to get detections fully aligned with our setup but it was expected, definitely worth planning for.

Overall: Bringing in UnderDefense Agentic AI SOC was one of the better calls we made this year. Our team stopped babysitting alerts and started spending that time on work that actually moves things forward. The investigation quality has been consistently solid, and it made financial sense too - building that same coverage in-house would have cost far more in tooling and headcount.
