Pros: It's a powerful user targeting a business intelligence platform. It's very easy to deploy and integrate with the website. Excellent personalization platform. Behavior records and per profile targeting.

Pros: Twik is an easy platform to use. It answered the main goal I set up before starting to work with it – increasing sales.
Cons: There is no way to know how the system works because all the work happens “behind the scenes”.
Overall: I’ve encountered Twik for the first time 6 months ago. In the beginning, traffic wasn’t very big, however, two months after I started to use it, numbers have started to rise and I had (and still have) a consistent increase in sales.

Pros: Twik is an all in one personalization solution tool. Easy and friendly to use and provides all the necessary information I need.
Cons: Shopify plugin is currently missing, however it's in development.
Overall: Twik is an all in one personalization solution tool. I started using it after a friend recommended it, but didn’t have much expectations. When I started using Twik, I didn’t believe an external software will give me all the necessary information, but surprisingly Twik did the job and more!

Pros: Personalization and customization in e commerce was one of my targets, and Twik definitely covered it.
Cons: I’m not a very technical person, therefore using the dashboard was not very intuitive for me.
Overall: I created a personalized content for men and women and started testing right away. Besides good reviews from the customers, I also managed to improve ROI by 21%.
