Turncloud is cloud-based EHR and practice management software built for chiropractic offices. It runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install and the practice can be reached from anywhere.
It covers patient intake and data entry, drag-and-drop scheduling with reminders, chiropractic SOAP notes, billing and insurance claims integrated with the notes and the schedule, practice reporting and texting. It is HIPAA compliant, with automated and offline data backups and compliance updates included.
There are two plans. Essential is $99 a month. Expanded Automation is $149 a month and adds fully customizable care plan tracking, AI SOAP notes and insights, and automatic claim creation. Both plans have a one-time $499 setup fee and include live training, unlimited U.S. based technical support and unlimited providers in the same office.
For a practice that is ready to go, setup can take as little as two days.
