My Whistleblowing provides, to companies and to their employees, a digital whistleblowing channel. This allows - in perfect compliance with the new provisions transposed from D.lgs. 231/2001 as well as the European Parliament’s new guidelines - to guarantee whistleblower’s and whistleblowing’s data completely confidential. My Whistleblowing allows the whistleblower to access to an external platform (not accessible from internal systems in case of inspections) where, through a step-guided path, will be able to submit the report. The receiving body, previously identified by the company (single or collegiate), will be able to view and manage the reports.
