    "No way to filter out all existing customers and then they upgrade you automatically when you hit your limit"

    Pros: The few pros don't outweigh the cons of this poorly made scamp of a plugin. They should be reported for auto upgrading.

    Cons: No way to filter out all existing customers and then they upgrade you automatically when you hit your limit.

    When you complain they say they don't have a way to fix it right now. They're own by OptinMonster they're not a small company they just prefer to make the extra money.

    Overall: Wish there was a better option so I didn't have to deal with this BS product that makes you go to another site to set it up they don't eve have the tools in WordPress.

    "Okay product, but will call you a delinquent if you don't renew"

    Pros: It worked okay. It displayed what it should display. But that doesn't help when they treat their customers like delinquents.

    Cons: I didn't want to renew immediately, so I didn't update my card details. They started sending me emails saying I was a delinquent for not updating my card details. I canceled and they kept on trying to charge my card. It's been over two months since I stopped using it (yes I have canceled also) and they are still trying to charge my account every few days.

    Overall: Horrible, because of the way they treat you. I would probably have renewed at some point if it hadn't been for how they treat their customers.

    "Not trustworthy"

    Pros: Does what it claims but the customer support is terrible and they upgrade your package to the most expensive option and debit your account accordingly without any permission.

    Cons: Terrible customer service upgrade your plans without consulting or warning you and debit your account accordingly

    Overall: When you mail them as to why they do not respond I'm sure it's illegal but it seems like i have no recourse as I'm in South Africa and they are based in the US.
