Pros: Because our point of sale system does not tie with Zinrelo, we love that we are able to manually add points to accounts.

Cons: Some hidden features we didn't know exist and aren't familiar with how they work. A "how to" guide would be beneficial.

Overall: Overall, we are happy with what Zinrelo is providing us. We are seeing a great return and returning customers.

Pros: It has been working very well for our business. The team is easily available to attend all your queries and help you designing a good loyalty solution.

This year in Q1 we’ve had a 20% jump in retention rates and 16% jump in customers making 5 or more purchases. Their team was great to work with during the implementation process, and their support folks have been quick to resolve any issues. Zinrelo has been a great partner for us, and we would definitely recommend them to others.
