    Pros: The real-time lead alert is a great addition to its features. Provides seamless workflow management.
    Features I liked most and currently using are:
    Workflow Reports, real-time lead alert, sales and customer relationship management.

    Cons: The dashboard appearance and customization are very less.

    Overall: The best thing about Troops is a multi department workflow automation feature. The Troops make ease of managing and streamline the customer relationship.
    Overall Troop is a fantastic workflow manager tool, it increases our visibility on client relationships.

    Cons: I never encountered any problems with this platform.
