About TrickyBird
TrickyBird is a web proxy, not a VPN. You paste a link and it opens that one site in the same tab, rewritten as it loads. Pages, images, video and sign-ins keep working, not just plain text. Wherever TrickyBird has to carry the address of the site you open, it carries it encoded rather than spelled out, so the address bar shows a TrickyBird address instead of the site's, and it will not always look the same, since sometimes it is only numbers. TrickyBird's own pages are in 9 languages. A 3-step leak test walks you through your own address bar, the page source and the request headers, and names the one value TrickyBird writes the site's name into, and a per-site status page carries only the sites TrickyBird has opened through the proxy and seen render, under a last-checked date. A Chrome extension routes a single browser tab through the proxy and leaves every other tab alone.
