Pros: It was really quick and easy to set up and the pricing model is great. Their API documentation is very well written and the integration with their API is seamless. Not a single issue after 4+ usage in terms of successfully sending rewards through API. Great choice of gift card options. New feature for fraud prevention seems promising!

Cons: Offering more options outside of USA would be truly awesome, we are hoping that one day Bank Transfer option will be available for all countries. Customization of reward page and email is quite limited, having more design freedom would be a plus. The insight into unredeemed rewards is not very transparent. API does not support sending this information to integrated platforms via webhooks.

Overall: We love using Tremendous and they are our main solution for sending rewards. The API in general is great and fit our needs very well - we send rewards in batches through API integration. Their support team is always responsive and fast in resolving any problem.

Cons: There are a few limited options of rewards which can be sent to certain countries. I would suggest widening the spectrum. Other than that, I think Tremendous is an amazing platform.

Pros: Been using Tremendous for several months, it's quite easy to use with lots of features. It's good that Tremendous constantly expand their Gift Card Catalog. It also has quite a good Fraud Prevention measures.

Cons: I can't think of any cons at this time, but what I think can improve, is if Tremendous finds a way to offer and deliver crypto rewards to users, in a form of Gift Cards. I've already proposed this several times and unfortunately Tremendous have no plans to offer Crypto Rewards at this time, but I can say based on 5-Years of experience, there is a very huge demand for Crypto Rewards by users, within my industry, and Tremendous can also heavily benefit, if such a way is provided.

Overall: Overall very good experience. I'm seeing more user retention and engagements ever since started offering Tremendous Gift Cards

Pros: Tremendous makes it super easy to send out gift cards to research participants. The user interface is so user-friendly that I never had to even read a how-to guide, though Tremendous does have those if you need them. And the once and only time I needed to engage with Tremendous Support they were very responsive, and immediately solved the issue.

Cons: It would be valuable if there was a way to automate sending invoices to internal teams that need to review this information. I have to manually download this information today. That said, there is value in manually downloading it because I am able to take a look and ensure everything is correct. And for all the things Tremendous does amazing well, this is not that critical of a feature request.

Overall: Tremendous has made the tedious process of sending research participants a gift card for compensation of their time so beyond easy. I am in love with this product. Our internal teams are heavy users of the product, and we continually get asked to add more people. We actually use it internally for paying out team members for points they earned for doing a great job. Customers have a great experience, too. I've actually had customers write back and ask for more feedback on our experience with the tool and share that they plan to suggest it to their company. The team did a great job with making a cumbersome process so much easier with technology.

Pros: This tool is super easy to use and intuitive to create templates and campaigns. It's also easy to reach support.

Cons: It would be great to have different currencies for rewards globally.

Overall: Overall, I use this tool almost every day and it's a great tool to send rewards to customers. It's also easy to report on how much spending was made.

The templates are helpful, as we have international customers and employees, for which we need to use different templates. I also really appreciate the ease of use, it's very self-explanatory. And I just love the UX design. Definitely recommending the tool.

Pros: Getting started with Tremendous was an exceptionally quick and straightforward process. In less than 10 minutes, we found ourselves successfully sending incentives directly to our customers. The platform's appeal was further enhanced by the lack of any subscription fees or additional costs, which meant we only incurred expenses when we actually sent an incentive. Given these advantageous features, it became an obvious and ideal choice for our needs.

Cons: I can't think of anything of the top of my mind that I don't like about Tremendous. It has been a game changer for us and has helped us get better engagement from potential research participants.

Additionally, the absence of any subscription fees adds to the value, making it very appealing. Cons: The expiration dates on some of the international gifts aren't great.
Takes a lot of back and forth when something goes wrong.

Overall: Have been using Tremendous for a few years now and very happy with it as a way to incentivize research. Whether we talk to one person in a week or need to send out 200 survey incentives, the system works well at either size. Appreciate that PayPal is an option but you can turn it off to save money.

Pros: I love that it works for multiple countries and is easy to use, also the amount of options on cards and other benefits you can send

Cons: Not really a con, but something I believe they could improve in the future is setting up some automations. I use it to reward participants on Product Interviews and it would be nice to set it up so that somehow it creates a "pre-reward" every time a certain type of meeting is scheduled.

Overall: Best reward tool I have used, and I have not gone back to any of the previous options I tested ever since my first usage.

Cons: Nothing really. I mean the search functionality could be a little more robust and easy to do than it is. But, that is okay, once you learn it, it's fairly self-explanatory.

Overall: Overall, it's really one of the best/easiest ways to incentivize survey respondents, which is what we use it for. I can't imaging switching to some other platform for this.

Pros: It can be set up in a few minutes, you can customize it to be gift cards only, donations only, or gift cards and donations, and you can customize the branding for a better user experience.

Cons: Nothing I don't like but I wish you could submit charities that they can add to the charity list.

Overall: Overall, it's a fantastic tool that is free to use and makes online gifting 100X easier. You can sign up, add funds, customize a campaign, and send it out in less than an hour.

Pros: I really like that I am able to send referrals to our dealer partners so easily and have a customer support team to help me when I run into trouble. It is important for us to get our dealer referral partner's phone numbers and then in turn we can send them $100 via tremendous by just sending a text message. There is a way to send multiple referrals at once too which is helpful and saves time!

Cons: The only con I can think of is that Tremendous doesn't have a customer service support phone number... you have to do it all through email but they are usually pretty quick!

Overall: Overall we have been using Tremendous for 3 years now and it has been life changing. We used to use Venmo and Cash App but they would shut our accounts down after sending too much money. Tremendous we have sent almost a half a million dollars in referrals and we are still going!

Pros: Ease of access - UX is very good, features are intuitive and it's easy to navigate. The support is amazing - we receive super quick replies and they help us in a few hours

Cons: The only thing that could be better in an ideal world is to offer a bit more options when it comes to receiving payments
