    Pros: The system is at an affordable price rate.
    The system provides basic functionality for translation agencies.
    The system has got many customisation options.

    Cons: The system is not reliable as it should. Specifically downtime occurs relatively often which impacts operational performance of teams.
    The system on occasional basis deletes users.
    The system has got issues with handling data and often computes unrealistic wrong numbers.
    Customer support is below par.

    Overall: It is far from operationally ready enterprise grade software, not to mention that there is lack of clear development standards which were implemented while doing the software. Support is mediocre. Costs are high. Computes wrong numbers occasionally wrong which can have huge business impact.

    Limited documentation - but to be frank it's so easy to use that you don't need the manual

    Overall: Well-priced software that does what it says on the tin I like the ease of use and price point. Its proven reliable for us.
