    "Used the tool for weeks and they suspended my account!"

    Pros: It's free, and can be track time and give reports, and take screenshots and even have the option to blur the screenshot.

    Cons: I got an email from them that says" Your TopTracker account was suspended

    " They suspended my account for no reason, and they stated
    " We were unable to verify your TopTracker account with the information you provided. We have restricted your account access. "

    Then when I ask for the reason they ask for verification and ID
    "It seems that our team looked at the account information you provided but found they would need more information in order to successfully complete our internal checks and complete verification. For this reason, I would kindly ask you to send us a copy of an ID document (e.g. driver's license or passport) where your full name and date of birth are visible in Latin script so that we can proceed with the verification process.
    I am afraid that, for compliance reasons, the new account verification step is mandatory. Without it, it will unfortunately not be possible to continue using your TopTracker account, and submitting your ID document is a necessary step to complete the verification."

    When did I say I only using the tracker and asking why?

    Overall: I wouldn't recommend it, they may suspend your account anytime.
