Click further to select prewritten Progress Note statements and to select Homework specifically written for the primary presenting problem. Set up your client’s sessions in the easy to use Appointment Scheduler which can be exported to Outlook. TheraScribe allows you to enable Treatment Plan Review Reminders at configurable intervals. A Clinical Pathway allows you to create a reusable template for a Treatment Plan with predetermined problems, definitions, goals, objectives, interventions, and a diagnosis.
