"Not Intuitive, Hard to Use, Bad Customer Service"

    Posted 2024-03-12

Pros: The final product is like others (I guess that's s pro?). I can't even write any more pros because it's that bad

Cons: It takes a long time to create a tour compared to other tours.
A lot of pointless features that complicate tour creation.
    Bad customer service.

Overall: Sadly it's a terrible experience that I paid twice for. I opted not to pay for another year, but I missed the cut off by a couple days. I hadn't used it in a while because it's so hard to use and I asked if they would refund me the entire year, or at the very least prorate the amount and they said, nope, so here I am having to write this unfortunate review.
