Consignors and buyers interested in a solution to extend the life cycle of luxury goods
About The RealReal
We’re empowering consignors and buyers to extend the life cycle of luxury goods. The future of fashion is circular. We have an incredibly diverse global community, and we aim to reflect that diversity within our team. We believe diversity and inclusion foster a collaborative culture, which fuels our ability to innovate and disrupt as we work to help create a more sustainable future. We're proud to have a diverse team, but we know there's opportunity for us to improve representation, particularly among our senior leadership. We are the only resale company that authenticates every single item we sell. We have a rigorous, brand-specific authentication process, overseen by hundreds of experts and brand authenticators, including gemologists and horologists, who inspect thousands of items each day. Consignment softens luxury’s impact on the environment, and we can prove it.
