A portfolio calendar tracks reservations, owner blocks, and maintenance holds; tasks can include photos, assignees, and status updates. Owners can use a portal to view statements, occupancy, and property activity, while managers generate reports for PDF export or link sharing. The platform supports long-term rentals, vacation and short-term stays, and co-owned or HOA properties in one account. Other features include online rent collection, e-signatures, cleaning schedules, pricing rules, and iCal calendar sync with Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.
