About The Keeper's Ledger
The Keeper's Ledger is a cloud-based farm management application for direct-market farms that sell livestock, produce, flowers, or mixed-farm products. It connects livestock records—including groups, tags, weights, treatment withdrawal dates, processor bookings and cut sheets—with returned package inventory, freezer locations, catch-weight sales, customer orders and invoices. Garden and pasture tools track beds, plantings, harvests and paddock activity. Enterprise costing combines expenses such as feed, seed, labor and processor invoices to help farms review costs and margins. The built-in shop supports packages, animal shares and weekly boxes using available stock. The service also provides exports for Wave and QuickBooks, and supports offline field entry that syncs when connectivity returns. It is intended for commercial farms that market what they raise or grow, rather than commodity grain or hobby recordkeeping.
