Pros: It offers a simple SMS marketing platform to start a marketing campaign. Campaign engagement reports are well described. One-click to send bulk SMS with delivery reports.

Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Overall: TextP2P is a powerful SMS marketing tool. It helps to interact and send bulk promotional SMS direct to the client's inbox. It's very easy to use and I highly recommend for small business.

Pros: I love that it helps me connect with the people who want to hear from me but have TOO MANY emails in their inbox! It has increased my business, big time!

Cons: There was a learning curve, but everything has that. Greg was easy to get ahold of to help me figure it out!

Overall: Excellent overall experience for how it's positively impacted my business. It's helped me personally connect with customers I would not have known in my network marketing business.

Pros: Simple. User friendly. Connecting with clients at half the time makes this a grade A+ service. Tasks that felt time consuming before this program, are finished at a faster rate! I’ve been so pleased, ESP as someone who is not tech savvy at all. This is easy to use and the support team go above and beyond with customer service!

Cons: Ability for duplicates to load in multiple lists. Sometimes clients got redundant information.

Overall: Knowing my clients had instant access to content from their mobile phones, made response time much faster. Each client felt a personal touch with the service acting on my behalf. Very affordable, easy to use, and saw a return right away! Every busy business owner needs to trial this service—too good not to! You will save time, while not losing the personal touch.

Pros: Great customer service. The service is simple to set up and use, even for technology inept users. High response rate to recipients of text messaging.

Cons: It would be great if there was a mobile App to use the platform when not on desktop, but not a huge deal to make it much of a "con".

Overall: I've been using TextP2P for a few weeks now, and having FAR more success connecting with my potential clients vs using email. It's so much more personal to connect with clients. Additionally, the customer service is incredible. I think it's the backbone of the success of a smaller platform like this and been really pleased with how they have helped me get set up and answer any questions!

Pros: I felt easy to use this on phone or on computer. Easy to engage with a huge mass of audience. Lots of features too.

Cons: Except user error I had not faced any problems. I just simply loved it.

Overall: This improved my follow up and gave me an easier way to organize my contacts. Very efficient and easy to use.

Pros: If you have a clientele and want the best way to reach them, textp2p is it. Its so EASY and intuitive software to use.

Pros: TextP2P has really revolutionized my prospecting and made me much more productive. Greg, the founder, has been on the phone with me, texting, and emailing to answer any questions or concerned I had. The seamless functionality between mobile and desktop has been very appreciated.

Cons: Had to workaround only being able to have one phone number per contact, but I found an easy way to work it out.

Overall: This product has already started paying dividends with my increased reach. I couldn’t be more satisfied at this point. Amazing experience.

Pros: TextP2P gives me the personalized tools to communicate with my people. And, it helps me build solid relationships with them as they engage with me through the platform.

Cons: I'd prefer an option to ask people for the first name only as opposed to their "full" name, for the automated campaign replies. Some people are guarded at the outset (particularly in the age of identity theft). The last name can come later as the relationship develops.

Overall: Answers to any troubleshooting questions are quick and satisfy my needs. I love the local number feature of the product and the fact that very quickly people began texting me back, excited to have a fast way to communicate with me. Additionally, I enjoy the feature of having the texts forwarded to my direct cell phone, and the ability to reply from there, making my response time super fast to more effectively build the relationship.

Pros: I'm very new to this kind of technology. Greg, the owner developer was extremely helpful. He helped me set it all up. Once you get used to it, it works very well. You can download all of you address contacts. I've sent out 2 campaigns so far. The first one I got a great response. The 2nd campaign, I received less responses but the same amount of paying clients. It is a very reasonably priced technology. I think when I build my mailing list, I will get even better results.

Cons: I like everything about it. I don't think it's the product? I need a better marketing strategy.

Overall: Its been positive.. The customer service iy s great. The text 2 text communication is more efficient than email. More people open and read texts than read emails.

Overall: I just wasn't getting the results for my on line business through email. Seems no one really reads them anymore. But texting gets results!! TextP2P is inexpensive and super easy to use, which for a technically challenged guy like me is HUGE. Its easy to send and even schedule group texts. I really love it. One of the smartest moves I made and I see the results in my business growth. I highly recommend it.
