Pros: We did use Pipedrive, and briefly flirted with the valley of productivity death that is Salesforce. Then someone had the bright idea to look at HubSpot. Teamgate reminds me of what Pipedrive used to be - fast and efficient, not charging for number of contacts or number of emails or anything - just a flat fee to provide a great platform that I can live in and get emails + SMS out the door to turn prospects into customers.
The dashboard capability in Teamgate deserves a callout. We often talk about improving conversion rates and standing next to the worst sales conversion rate metric until it improves through iteration, but Teamgate's dashboard autogenerates and makes it easy to see where you need to focus (a 10% lift in one conversion rate can increase total sales by 30%).
Finally its great being able to do both SMS and email. SMS gets opened far more than email and its just easy doing SMS from inside your CRM - helps make sure your cadence is up to scratch and each lead is getting 6 followups, etc.Cons: Setting up Gsuite email integration was a bit slow, but full credit to the team - they jumped on (it was actually the CEO!) and got me up and running fast.
Overall: Very good. I can't talk highly enough about the team, and at the end of the day I just need something that helps me stay on top of prospects and get ahead of renewals. I don't need a monster CRM that slowly grows and grows in expense until it consumes everything. Teamgate is perfect for us. Maybe we'll end up on Salesforce when we get to 200 headcount, but until then its wonderful having a fast CRM experience.

Pros: The insights are really the differentiator. It was one of those platforms that essentially forces you to focus on the sales KPIs that matter the most and do so in an intuitive and customisable way.
Cons: At first I didn't think they were big enough to compete against incumbents (HubSpot, Pipedrive) but once you hear the CEO on a demo call you know they absolutely focus on the needs of each individual customer.
Overall: Easy and intuitive interface with some minor drawbacks on navigation. Great attention to sales KPIs and even producing content on best practice. Suitable for those that are graduating from spreadsheets and do not want to pay overs or get sucked into platform reliance

Pros: Their customer support is second to none.
Sales analytics is also extremely helpful and requires zero setup!
Super easy to use system, meaning all of our team members were onboarded and using the system in only a few days.Cons: More native dialler options would be handy, but Twilio is a great native option through their Smart Dialler
Overall: Wish we found Teamgate earlier. Cost-effective and excellent value for money.

Pros: Teamgate CRM helps in boosting collaboration between teams. The user interface is clean. Its lead manager makes things easy and organize even when a large number of leads are available. Helps to maintain contact list of potential clients. Lead prioritization and pipeline overview.
Cons: The repeat approach method can be improved. It becomes annoying for users.
Overall: Teamgate CRM is a powerful customer relationship management platform. It helps to reduce friction and limitations between sales and marketing teams. Its lead prioritization allows us to close high-paying deals faster. The usability of this platform is easy. Overall, it's an amazing tool for small and medium businesses.

Pros: It collects all the necessary data about leads and sales opportunities. Email integration is amazing, which makes collaboration between sales people easier. Lead scoring helps us prioritise our workload, and only focus where the biggest reward is
Cons: Settings section could be simpler; would like to get more interesting content and advice on weekly basis
Overall: I am happy with my decision to go with Teamgate CRM instead of competition. It is easy to use and has all the necessary features our company needs.
