    Pros: We have chosen this software because it has a great connection speed with all devices whether mobile or desktop, its efficiency is not affected by the low latency of the internet fiber at the time we have, as it adapts to the speed of the internet so that the connection is not unstable. Thanks to this software we have had the instantaneous capacity to solve problems remotely, which has been a great help in this last quarter with the pandemic.

    Cons: We have had problems in some cases because sometimes it is necessary to elevate the problem and we are limited to what the user on their remote computer gives us access to, it can be somewhat cumbersome as time is very valuable on certain occasions. It simply needs a web version and that we are not forced to download the software as some customers do not want to fill their remote computers of programs; apart from everything the program is excellent.

    Overall: We were able to implement TeamViewer for the use of ICT, our law firm has successfully connected with each of our clients, it has been a vital tool and a big challenge for us, but we have managed to keep all our clients happy. Excellent customer support has allowed us to reliably manage some online users and to promote certain support quickly and reliably to ensure that each case has been developed correctly and accurately.     Pros: It is possible to start a meeting within TeamViewer directly through contact lists. With so much practicality, the practice of sending emails over the web has been abandoned, as TeamViewer's integrated notification system proves to be reliable when it comes to notifying others about the start of meetings.

    Cons: When you want to save a specific conference for future review, the platform has problems accessing the cloud, which prevents them from being saved. The meetings do not have a security system capable of handling two-step authentication, which makes it difficult to identify each employee.

    Cons: Requires an optimal Internet connection and high bandwidth to allow smooth and uninterrupted work. TeamViewer is only free when used for non-commercial purposes, the platform monitors and reports activity logs. If this type of use is detected, the subscription will be cancelled and the company is obliged to pay the license fee for continued use.

    Overall: The platform is suitable for everyone, it is not necessary to have extensive computer knowledge to use its functionalities. These have been designed and made available to its users in a clear and concise manner.     Pros: Its most striking feature is its speed to access the computer of our consultants or customers remotely and securely, thus helping to solve the problem you are experiencing at the time, it is very simple to connect from one computer to another facilitating the transfer of files without problems.

    Cons: We can not use the program if there is no internet connection because if the connection is lost the remote assistance is terminated, the free version limits the connection to two computers only. The free personal version is very efficient, but the enterprise version is very expensive.

    Overall: Of its most outstanding peculiarities is the versatility to be available in most platform, allows us to connect to the computer from a mobile, or the fast transfer of files between computers totally safe because it allows to see who has connected at the time and one is who gives permission to the other person to connect, thus avoiding unwanted intrusion. We often needed to go and access our work servers to verify some data with this platform there is no need to go to the entity and in turn we provide our customers with the right information or management.     Pros: As a remote employee, I often have to use computers all over the world. It turns out that TeamViewer is the most stable tool. This is the most stable remote access tool I've tried, and I've tried many tools. Unattended remote access is particularly useful for project managers who need to maintain assets in different locations. If you are concerned about privacy, the file transfer feature acts as a login button and is very secure.

    Cons: The price is high. It is difficult for small teams to afford this tool. However, if remote work is a core component of the project, you just need to manage it. To be honest, the sound setup is a bit confusing. During the call, it will mess with Skype / Slack / Hangouts calls, etc. and create very annoying shouting and/or notes. It's best to turn the sound off. I think you can also use TeamViewer to make calls, but since we are fully integrated into Slack, I never noticed.

    Pros: TeamViewer is one of those little work solutions that allow remote jobs to be possible from anywhere and from any device. What I like the most about TeamViewer is that it is a platform with easy access, compared to other platforms that allow the remote connection of the user only if they use a previously shared link. TeamViewer does not need these shared links, since it is enough to share an ID and password and immediately there can be a remote connection between two or more people. I also like very much that TeamViewer has a minimum consumption of the computer's capacity during the remote connection, currently this platform does not require a computer with high specifications, since it does not consume so much capacity to be able to function perfectly and achieve a stable remote connection.

    Cons: Since I have used TeamViewer, I have never had any connectivity problems, as this platform has always allowed me to remotely connect with my work colleagues and it has always been in a stable way, however, one of the features that have not worked in the Correct way is the file transaction system, since since using this platform, I have had problems transferring files during remote connection. First, the files take a long time to be uploaded to the network, which forces the user to have to wait a long time to be able to send it.     Pros: TeamViewer is a platform excellence to be able to make remote connections and be able to work from that same remote connection. At our company, we use TeamViewer only to make remote connections between different computers. One of the things I like the most about TeamViewer is that it offers me fairly simple connectivity, I don't have to use any kind of links and I have the ability to remotely connect with someone else just by using an ID and password, a fairly simple way to connect. In addition, I really like that TeamViewer offers me speed when connecting remotely from my mobile device, since I can control the entirety of a computer just by using my phone.

    Cons: File transfer is one of the functionalities that is not very well optimized in TeamViewer, this functionality is quite slow, and causes files and documents to take a long time to be successfully transferred to their recipient. I wish I could enjoy a good file transfer that doesn't waste so much time during the transfer process. In addition, TeamViewer must also improve the chat system that appears on each remote connection, as currently that chat does not work in real time, and it takes a little time to process the sent messages.

    Overall: Despite the little optimization that TeamViewer has in the file transfer system, its optimization in remote connections is quite good. I am grateful to TeamViewer for helping me remotely connect to any computer or to anyone using a remote connection. In the current COVID-19 pandemic, TeamViewer has been quite useful because it has allowed me to work remotely without having to leave my home or put my health at risk.

    Pros: One of the finest and oldest software to give multiple people remote access over someone's device simultaneously, or you can simultaneously control tools like whiteboard remotely during a meeting. It works amazingly.

    Cons: It sometimes takes a lot of time even to get online if your network is not fast. It is very tough to use it on slow internet.

    Pros: For us, remote connectivity is quite important, in these times of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is where this platform called "TeamViewer" has been most beneficial. One of the things that I have liked the most during my experience with TeamViewer, are the following features:

    1.- This platform has the ability to make improvements in fluency and video quality during remote connectivity. The button to improve quality, makes it consume a little more capacity of the computer and Internet Connectivity, to offer better quality, and the button to improve fluency, reduces the quality to be able to offer a greater speed when using the remote connectivity.
    2.- Using TeamViewer is completely simple to use and connect remotely, since it is not like other platforms that only allow connectivity through the use of a shared link, just use an ID and password, and instantly the remote connection will be made.

    Cons: In my personal and work opinion, I consider the TeamViewer app for devices to be very compact and has many buttons above the shared screen, which interrupt the mobility of the user. I would like an app for mobile phones that allows deactivating the button bar, in order to have a greater view of the remote screen. Also, this App has file sharing problems, causing files to take a long time to upload to the shared system offered by TeamViewer.

    Overall: When I started using TeamViewer, it was a bit difficult to adapt to the functionalities, because a series of configurations and mechanisms had to be made to be able to have correct connectivity with anyone, however, it took me a week to adapt to the functionalities of TeamViewer, it was really fast. This platform has been very stable in remote connectivity, I have been able to communicate with the person on the other computer, by microphone or by webcam. Also, TeamViewer offers me a real-time chat system, which helps me to make remote access even more complete than any other platform.     Pros: We currently use TeamViewer in our company as the main application to connect remotely and facilitate remote work. What I like most about this platform is that it offers me great video quality and fluency in remote management, this allows me to be able to use any computer without any problem, remotely. In addition, I really like TeamViewer because it allows me to connect remotely without having to do a long process or access a link, just use an ID and password, and immediately I will be connected remotely.

    Another feature that I like about TeamViewer is its application for mobile phones, since I can control my computer in just an instant from my cell phone, and with a compact but quite comfortable design.
