TeamOutings is software for planning work gatherings: team outings, team dinners, client dinners, kickoffs, offsites, happy hours, celebrations and volunteer days. The organizer creates the outing with a date, place and cost per person. The team replies yes, no or maybe in one tap and sees a live headcount, votes in polls to settle the date or place, talks in a chat on the outing, and adds photos to one shared album afterward. It runs on the web, iPhone and Android. Administrators can organize colleagues into teams and assign organizer roles, while each outing keeps invitations, decisions, chat and photos together for its participants.
