Taxually

Pros: I have no pros to offer at this time other than getting a VAT number if you are inside the USA. I wish there was more I could say but truthfully, this company is the worst option to go with.

Cons: I own a deca-million company and for a company that is supposed to handle your taxes, I would be concerned. After payment you will receive a run around between filling out the information directly on their site and emailing that same information one by one to their onboarding team. This process will repeat for several WEEKS and you will never get anywhere.

They are extremely disorganized and do not know or understand what is going on half of the time. You can make the submissions as obvious as possible but you still will not get anywhere. I recommend going to a competitor that will match the exact pricing here and you will receive way better care as a customer. It's a shame because after reviewing their capabilities it seemed like a fit but I was wrong.

In addition to the above, they will claim they have an API you can integrate with but if you are outside of a regular e-commerce store there is no API so you better be able to build an entire backend system!

Huge headache for such a small ask. I recommend going elsewhere.

Overall: My overall experience was not good and I will not be returning. This was the worst experience I have had and for a company managing taxes it is extremely concerning how disorganized they are and how they cannot even manage their own system.
