    Pros: None there is nothing nice to say about this company. They do not support the customer. Everything it done by bots

    Cons: The entire process is the customer sets everything up and Taxjar does nothing. You only get caned responses that make you read multiply documents that do not help

    Overall: It took 2 months the get onboard with them. Then I was told it would be another 6-12 weeks to finish
