    "Good platform but pricey "

    Pros: Easy to navigate and use. Great design. Automatic input by customers. Great product if you get many bookings.

    Cons: Pricing is a little bit expensive for our small business. Free trial doesn’t give much features which is understandable.

    Overall: Easy to use and good experience overall but we have our own free program. Only use it as we get a couple of direct bookings from Google.

    Hi Yosef, thank you for your feedback. The free trial is now equipped with 90% of all enterprise features, however it is capped at 50 monthly bookings - perhaps this would be enough for your small business?

    Pros: Fast response Representative and effective service
    Help the business to generate more income through different leads.

    Cons: I like this app, it's beneficial in all ways and to support catering establishment.

    Overall: It's great to work with this platform. Has been a year and the performance is great. But I suggest to have a way how to promote my establishment on this platform. So we can generate more clients booking.

    "Very Good table management software "

    Pros: User friendly both on laptop and mobile device. Very good setup and support system. I would recommend Tableo.

    Cons: Just the start was a bit tricky to get accustomed to but in general after some time we got used to the features etc.

    Overall: Very happy with Tableo. Google integration helped in getting some good results for new bookings. Getting feedback form mort of the guests is a big plus.

    "Eccellent experience "

    Pros: No more trouble with people who said " I tried to call for table reservation but nobody answered".

    People accept reservation times very early or very late in the evening because we don't show availibility in the hours which are normally full of walk in guests.

    I can close or open reservation times in any moment.

    I can direct the reservations in times that I want to fill so that I didn't work only in the 2 main hours in the evening, but from the opening at 6.30 until late in the evening at 11.00

    Cons: Many guests didn't get a reservation confirmation because they made some mistake in the end of the online procedure. So the reservation wasn't made but the customer thought it was made.
    Unfortunately customers don't read the terms and conditions... And they try to make double reservations to reserve for groups!

    Overall: Very good invention, I'm very satisfied, very good technical and commercial assistance, they helped me at any time (it was necessary only 2 or 3 times) and resolved immediately any problem.

    Pros: User Friendly and has extensive features.
    Great back of office features too!
    Efficient booking engine.
    Good support!
    Competitively priced compared to other similar products.

    Cons: Not very mobile friendly.
    Continuous issues with signing in from mobile device.
    Not as intuitive as would have thought in certain aspects.

    Overall: Overall very pleased that we came onboard. A bit disappointed that the amount of traffic is not as large as we would have thought, and were led to believe it would be. Guidance on what we can do to grow the numbers would be appreciated!

    Pros: Tableo customer support is very good and is easily reachable both by email and also directly by phone and what's app.

    Cons: It took a while to learn to use the service but now find it quite easy.

    Overall: I have found Tableo very ease to use and their customer support quite accommodating and friendly especially for customers such as myself that need more time to understand the whole service.

    Pros: The fact that people can book as soon as they find you on Google without having to call in. and I can manage the booking from there.

    Cons: Price for me as a new business, but that is just me.

    Overall: Love it, it help me run my bookings as a one man show and I still have control over how many bookings I can take.

    Pros: Innovative, easy, transparent, accessibility is easy to go around the app, all is done at once from the booking to the service.

    Cons: Everything is up to date, nothing to disagree on the app.

    Overall: Tremendous experience I even tried to make a booking the experience is 5 star rated, I wish other people know about Tableo because I noticed a number of people don't know about it.

    Pros: We found Tableo to be very user friendly, highly reliable and excellent after sales services from the support team. Google Reserve is also a very good addition to their package.

    Cons: The only minor issue that comes to mind is that bookings of more than 2 persons sometimes are seen as tables of 2s but it is not a big deal.

    Overall: I can recommend this to anyone as the product is superb and the team behind it is very well organised.

    Pros: I like how it works.

    It can be customised and arranged easily, there are some things that i like to arrange but for know i don't know how. Maybe whoever is reading this can give me a reply.

    Cons: Sometimes we have a function and the restaurant is fully booked and we need to close and block all the extra bookings and maybe there is but i don't know how to make it.

    Overall: I wish that from time to time some one from the company give us a call and check if everything is ok.

    Pros: No-show charges, really great team, great communication, perfect support, ongoing development, new features.

    Cons: Every cons are sorted swiftly if possible, so I don't have any on my mind.

    Overall: I would recommend Tableo to all, especially when you need to collect no-show fees. It works great for us.
