It runs on the venue's own website rather than a diner marketplace, so the booking, the guest list and the customer relationship stay with the venue. One flat monthly price from $79. No commission per booking, no fee per diner, and no charge for covers you would have taken anyway. Includes a booking widget for any website plus a hosted booking page, a floor plan with table assignment, runsheet, walk-ins and waitlist, guest profiles with self-service changes and cancellations, and a reporting dashboard. Confirmations and reminders are sent from the venue's own domain, so they reach the inbox and look like the venue rather than a third party. Higher tiers add deposits and no-show protection through Stripe with no platform fee, set menus and add-ons sold at time of booking, ticketed event nights, and an AI assistant scoped to the venue's own data.
