About Switchtill
Switchtill is a cloud-based POS and restaurant operations platform for restaurants, cafés, takeaway kitchens and multi-location groups. It brings counter, table, phone, delivery, website, branded app and QR orders into one system. Orders can be routed to kitchen stations, printers or kitchen display screens, while staff manage menus, split payments and order status. Back-office tools include scheduling and time tracking, roles, reporting, tax breakdowns, daily closing, and multi-branch and multi-brand management. Restaurants can use branded customer and team apps published under their own Apple App Store and Google Play accounts, plus an ordering website on their domain. Direct orders through these channels carry no per-order commission; payment processing fees may still apply. Switchtill is live in Germany and is rolling out to Canadian restaurants, with provincial taxes, Interac and tipping configurable during setup.
